We grow ancient varieties of cereals such as Cappelli durum wheat and Verna soft wheat, malting barley and spelt. Some of our products are used in the preparation of our menus and for direct sale.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born from our lovingly cultivated olive trees, obtained from olives grown and harvested by hand with cold pressing within 24 hours. The Tuscan sun and the extraordinary properties of the soil of the Crete Senesi give it an intense and decisive taste, and that is why it is today one of the products that is most requested of us.
